July at Shiptheory has seen us make some crucial updates to our new dashboard functionality, as well as the release of our hotly-awaited integration with HIVED, advice on if paid returns is the future for your eCommerce store and more!

New Dashboard Changelog

Hopefully some of you have already been trying out our new and improved dashboard and customising with tabs and filters to make it fit your business operation perfectly. Sooner or later customers will be able to set the new dashboard as their default option.

We thought this was the perfect time to share our changelog for the dashboard, covering the biggest new features we've added all the way down to small, quality-of-life changes. Read on to find out how to make the most of your new Shiptheory dashboard.

The End of Free Online Returns in eCommerce?

Boohoo have become the latest retailer to begin charging for their online returns, following Zara and Next in what seems to be an increasing shift towards a paid returns model for eCommerce.
