Will my existing carrier rates still apply? +
Yes. Shiptheory connects to your own carrier accounts, so your existing contracted rates remain intact. We don't mark up your shipping costs or require you to use our accounts.
How long does implementation take? +
Most customers are fully live within 3–5 days. The integration itself takes minutes once you have your BC credentials. We include a free onboarding session to get your carriers connected, rules configured, and your team trained.
What if I want to keep some manual control over orders? +
No problem. You can automate the majority of orders and flag exceptions for manual review — or manage everything manually via the Shiptheory interface if you prefer to start that way.
Which version of Business Central is supported? +
Shiptheory integrates with Dynamics 365 Business Central (cloud). We support both production and sandbox environments. If you're on an older version of NAV, get in touch and we'll advise on the best path forward.
Can I use Shiptheory with multiple warehouses? +
Yes. Shiptheory supports multiple locations and uses warehouse address as the sender. You can also configure rules per warehouse to ensure the right carrier and service is used from each location.
What does support look like after go-live? +
You'll have access to our UK-based support team via live chat, email, and phone. We also have an extensive knowledge base and video guides. Most issues are resolved same day.
