
Fourth Wall provides an ecosystem of digital, product and operational services primarily to sports clubs.
We started out getting the product for one of the UK's biggest football clubs. We designed, fulfilled, stored and shipped all their membership packs; that’s how it started. The original process was very manual and time consuming in the early days. We now work with loads of the elite premier league clubs over the UK.

We used to download a batch of orders onto a desktop or OneDrive, upload them to DocketHUB, and sit around for hours waiting for the Royal Mail labels to print. It used to take us over an hour to print off 500 labels.
Then, there was all the manual entry of different rules for each carrier. International shipments were particularly time consuming, there's a lot of documents involved with that. It wasn’t efficient for managing fulfilment long term, we knew if we wanted to scale the business, something had to change.

As all the different clubs have individual demands, and need specific delivery instructions, we needed to find an automated and reliable shipping service. That's where The Delivery Group and Shiptheory came in.
With Shiptheory's automation, our shipping labels are printing 90% faster, meaning we're saving hours of our day. Despite the higher demand for The Delivery Group, they've supported us with carrier pricing, relationships, internationals - they've been excellent. Our workflow is much more streamlined; we don’t have to do anything manually, and we can focus on keeping our clients happy.
