DHL Parcel UK New API

DHL Parcel UK (previously known as UK Mail) has released a new API. The new integration is already available within Shiptheory, and if you ship to the EU, it is imperative to switch over from the current integration to the new one!

You will need to contact your DHL Parcel UK Sales/Account Manager and ask for your account to be enabled for the new DHL Parcel UK Web API as soon as possible.

After you have done that, you need to connect the DHL Parcel UK API to your Shiptheory account by going to Menu>Manage Channels and then adding a new DHL Parcel UK.

Once you have connected and tested the new integration, you can remove the old one. If your Shiptheory subscription does not have room for additional channels, please contact support.

The new integration works in the same way as the current one and includes the recent Brexit-related changes and specifications.
