A: Once you have connected Shiptheory and Despatch Bay, as you fulfil orders in your sales channel, such as Brightpearl, Seller Dynamics, etc, Shiptheory populates your Despatch Bay account with the order data and returns tracking information to your original sales channel.
A: Shiptheory uses the Despatch Bay API. You only need a Despatch Bay account to get started.
A: If you ship less than 500 orders a month and only use Despatch Bay, Shiptheory is free! For a full list of our packages, check our pricing. Despatch Bay charge you shipping costs based on your usage. Contact Despatch Bay for more information on tailored pricing.
A: Yes, Shiptheory supports the use of barcode scanners. Allowing you to scan the barcode corresponding to your order, to allow the printing of the shipping label.
