Q: My business is seasonal. What happens if I need to ship more parcels than I planned for?
A: We understand that your business may ship different volumes at different times of the year. That's why you can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time
You can also purchase a bolt on pack of shipments to get you through those business months.

Q: Are discounts available?
A: If you would prefer to pay for your subscription on an annual basis, we are happy to discount your subscription.

Q: What is the minimum contract length?
A: No contracts. All of our packages are billed in 30 day cycles. You can downgrade, upgrade or cancel at any time and you will only be charged for what you used.

Q: What is a Channel?
A: When we talk of Channels were are referring the ecommerce store or CRM you have connected to Shiptheory. For example, you may have a Magento store connected to Shiptheory and sell on eBay and Amazon through your Magento store. In this scenario, you only need to pay for 1 Channel, as only your Magento store is connected to Shiptheory, even though Shiptheory will be able to ship eBay and Amazon orders that come through your Magento store.
