Shiptheory Now Integrates with Microsoft Business Central

At Shiptheory, we have spent the best part of 10 years helping retailers automate their shipping, regardless of what platform they sell on. We are pleased to announce that Shiptheory is now natively embedded within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

With 150+ global parcel and pallet carriers, from Royal Mail and UPS to Parcelforce and so many more, you can manage every carrier from one place, without switching systems.

This means that Business Central users no longer need to export order data manually, independently manage a separate tool, or rely on workarounds to get their orders shipped. Shiptheory now lives directly inside the platform, right where you already manage your sales, inventory and fulfilment.

Why This Matters

With Shiptheory built in, shipping automation happens as part of the same workflow you already run in Business Central. Orders are picked up automatically, labels are generated without manual input, and tracking updates are sent straight back to the platform, all within one system.

Business Central is a full ERP covering finance, sales, service and supply chain. Bringing shipping into that same environment means one less system to manage and one more part of the fulfilment process running on the data you already trust.

What Can You Do with Shiptheory in Business Central?

Native integration: Shiptheory works directly inside Business Central, so there's no manual exporting of order data or switching between systems to get a label printed.

Automatic label printing: Generate shipping labels the moment an order is ready, and send them straight to the correct printer without manual intervention.

150+ global parcel and pallet carriers: From Royal Mail and FedEx to DPD and so many more, manage every carrier from one place, without switching systems.

Flexible shipping rules: Automatically route orders to the right carrier and service based on destination, weight, value, SKU, and more.

Real-time tracking: Once a label's created, tracking updates are returned automatically to Business Central, keeping your order records accurate without manual input.

Support from a team that knows shipping: Free onboarding and technical support from a team that's been automating shipping for a decade.

We're delighted that we've been recognised for the value of our service to Business Central users, and that we can now help even more retailers streamline their shipping to focus on what really matters.
