A: Yes. Install the Shiptheory extension for Magento and add your Tuffnells account details to your Shiptheory account. When you ship orders in Magento, a Tuffnells pallet label is created the tracking number is added to the Magento order.
A: Shiptheory works closely with Tuffnells and have developed a EDI based shipping integration. To Get started you just need a Tuffnells account.
A: You do not need to login to Shiptheory to create Tuffnells labels or schedule collections, these functions are available in our REST API. You do need to login to Shiptheory once a day to print the paper manifest that you will give to the Tuffnells collection driver. We are working on adding this to the API.
