Q: Tell us the story behind Choice Fulfilment?

Choice Fulfilment started about 10 years ago as a small fulfillment company, serving local businesses by shipping and packing parcels.

When one customer brought in increasing volumes, we suggested storing their stock and handling all logistics. This idea took off, leading us to offer comprehensive third-party logistics for start-ups and SMEs.

Now we handle everything from stock booking, quality checking, and prepping for shipment to Amazon or trade customers, saving our clients time and money while they focus on marketing their businesses.

Q: What makes Choice Fulfilment unique and how has Shiptheory helped?

I think it's because we can deliver fast service to our customers with automatic printing through Shiptheory. Invoicing is a lot easier too, It just requires us to set up the shipping rules.

We no longer have to go into multiple different channels to download orders, print them out, and then check them all, this would only work if we had fewer than 10 customers. Life saver!

Shiptheory connects to all major channels our customers need which keeps everyone happy. It really has cut down time and made the business more profitable, you don't need extra staff and it just glues the process together through automation.

I'd say Shiptheory has saved us 5 hours per day already.

Q: Which couriers and channels do you work with?

We currently work with Palletways, Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, and Parcelforce, all managed on Shiptheorys main dashboard which eliminates the need to log into multiple portals.

The integration with channels like WooCommerce and Shopify makes things seamless and flexible for managing different sales orders from our customers. We also can connect our users Shift4Shop, Squarespace, Wix, Xero, and more.

We are confident that Shiptheory is the right partner to have by our side whilst we continue to grow our warehouse.

Q: How have you found the customer service at Shiptheory?

The customer service is second to none!

Calls are answered within seconds, and the staff are always helpful. For any technical issues, they respond quickly, usually within just a few minutes via email.

The whole team is flexible, accommodating with our feature and integration requests, and willing to tweak settings whilst on the phone.

I know that all my queries will always be resolved promptly. Overall I enjoy working with the Shiptheory team because they are so friendly and efficient with what they do.

Q: What does the future hold for Choice Fulfilment?

We want to be known as the best 3PL in the South West of the UK!

We are currently in 7000 square feet across two warehouses and looking at warehouses that are upto 15,000 square feet which we should fill this year.

We will be doubling the business in size again and want to continue helping scale our customers and own client base.

Q: Finally, what advice would you give other 3PLs?

If you are not using software, or even if you are, you have to consider Shiptheory. Shiptheory has saved us so much time and money by streamlining complex customer requirements.
