Q: TELL US ABOUT THE CENTRAL SPORTS STORY AND HOW POSITIVE RETAIL AND SHIPTHEORY GOT INVOLVED.
We cater for all sports we do Rugby, Football, Soccer, athletics, sailing and more recently equestrian. We also have an in-house embroidery and printing service.
As we've grown we grew online and quickly began to realise our shipping process was wasting our time. We had a nightmare at times with loads of errors, from manual errors to processing errors. We had no structure in our label printing.
We went back to Positive Retail and discussed a couple of options, and a shipping integration with Shiptheory was one of them. Since then we put it in place and its worked ever since.

No Shipping errors, Saves valuable hours and is a cost-efficient solution! And our business now does no more copying and pasting. It really is brilliant.
Within the POS system, we now have the simple ability to print a courier label directly from the POS screen from Shiptheory. This integration allows Shiptheory to run in the background of our operation and work brilliantly.
Q: Would you recommend using Shiptheory with Positive Retail?
I would absolutely recommend using them, It will save you time and is cost efficient. I would say it's probably the best thing we have got on our system to date.
