James has spent the past 15 years looking for ways to automate away friction for online retailers. After breaking into the UK e-commerce space in 2006 with a series of popular on-premise shipping integrations, James went on to co-found Shiptheory in 2015.
A typical day in the office for James involves working with users and the dev team to ensure we're solving the right problems.
Mark handles new business and customer strategy and makes sure all departments run in unison.
