Shiptheory November Update

November every year sees Black Friday come and go, with eCommerce businesses scrambling to cope with the demand. We may not be selling products, but our team have certainly been just as busy!

Increase repeat orders with Shiptheory 'Handwritten' Notes

Personalization is an invaluable tool when you're trying to attract loyal customers who will make repeat purchases. To make that connection, you need your communication and offers to cut through the noise.

Handwritten notes are great way to add a personal touch to your orders - and have a 99.9% read rate...but it's impractical to produce them at scale, right? Wrong!

Shiptheory users can now generate 'handwritten' notes for every order to include on a label or even import a gift note from your store. Using templates and merge fields, every note can be completely customized based on order, recipient, destination and more.

November Changelog

Recently, our Account Management and Customer Success team realized something - a lot of our customers weren't aware of new features that had been released on the Shiptheory platform. For example, did you know you can now name shipping rules?

Maybe you did, maybe you didn't - point being, we need to get better at telling you what's new. That's why we've brought back the Shiptheory Changelog, that will run you through all the small changes that our Developers have worked so hard on.

What's new this month includes some new features for Returns Management users, as well as updated functionality for Shopify, Royal Mail and Unleashed!

New Carrier: Canada Post

Canada Post, Canada's primary postal operator, is the latest carrier to integrate natively with Shiptheory! Canada Post was founded in 1867 and has been the go-to for reliable shipping for generations of Canadians, and joins our growing list of carriers servicing North America.
