Much hard work has been going on within Shiptheory the last month:
We have added two new carriers: DPD DE (Germany) and Landmark Global and also included the option to enable/disable automatic printing of Customs Declarations (CN22/CN23) and Commercial Invoices for each of the supported carriers.
You are now able to send orders from your e-commerce channels or online marketplaces of choice in Shiptheory to both new carriers and automate your shipping process entirely. Create shipping rules based on the weight, value, destination, and contents of your orders, and Shiptheory will generate labels for your deliveries and customs documents for all your international shipments instantly.

Option to Enable/Disable Customs Declarations (CN22/CN23) and Commercial Invoices for Each Carrier
Customs Declarations (CN22/CN23) and Commercial Invoices forms are sometimes required when exporting and/or importing goods around the world to help with customs clearances.
More specifically:
CN22 Customs Declaration
Required for any international shipment under £270 in value. CN22 forms are 4" x 4" (103mm x 103mm) in size. Select "Print with shipping labels" to have the document produced in the same PDF document as your shipping labels or select any other printer from which to print.
CN23 Customs Declaration
Required for any international shipment over £270 in value. CN23 forms are A5 (210mm x 148mm / 8.3" x 5.8") in size. Select "Print with shipping labels" to have the document produced in the same PDF document as your shipping labels or select any other printer from which to print.
Commercial Invoice
Required for all international shipments. Commercial Invoices are A4 (297mm x 210mm / 8.3" x 11.7") in size. Select any A4 or larger printer from which to print.
Shiptheory can automatically generate and print customs documentation required to export shipments around the world at the same time as processing your shipment's shipping labels. This includes CN22, CN23, and Commercial Invoices.
Enable Customs Documents Generation
To turn this feature on, click on your account name in the top right of any page in Shiptheory and under Advanced, select Import/Export Documents.
From here, you can select for which carriers Shiptheory should automatically generate and print Customs Declaration forms (CN22 & CN23) and Commercial Invoice. Simply select the slider next to each carrier on your account to enable/disable form production.
Advanced Options
In the bottom left of the Import/Export Documents settings page, click the Advanced Settings icon. From here, you can further customise your generated customs documents.
Automatic Printing
To enable automatic printing of customs documentation, you will first need to enable Automatic Printing within your Shiptheory account. Please follow this guide here on how to do this.
