Shiptheory is on the Shopify App Store!

At Shiptheory, we've been enabling Shopify merchants to streamline their shipping for the best part of 6 years. Up until now, however, we've been running in 'stealth mode'.

By that, we mean that it was easy enough to connect Shiptheory to Shopify via our site. But now, after lots of hard work from the Shiptheory team, we're delighted to finally be listed on the Shopify App Store! Shopify users can now find Shiptheory by searching the app store - customers can also still connect to their Shopify store via the original method, via the Shiptheory website.

Why is this a big deal?

This means a lot to us at Shiptheory - it means that the folks at Shopify have recognised the value of our solution to Shopify merchants, and our presence on the app store is essentially a stamp of approval from Shopify. So obviously...we're very happy!

It would be unfair to say that we're the only Shopify shipping management platform...but we definitely think we do it differently to the rest! Of course, we can't just make a statement like that without explaining why.

That's why in this article we'll be outlining what Shopify merchants can achieve with Shiptheory, and what's so special about us compared to other shipping management platforms.

Why should we trust you?

We're proud to be certified partners of Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx, boasting excellent relationships with these couriers from our years of working together. If you're in need of a solution to help you efficiently print Royal Mail labels from Shopify...you're always best to look to a certified Royal Mail partner!

We work with dozens of other UK and international carriers - if you're looking for some credibility for other carriers, it's worth looking at our Trustpilot reviews. We're proud to have a 4.9 star rating, with lots of our 5 star ratings coming from Shopify customers. Here an example we received recently:

If you want to look into it yourself, head over to the Shiptheory Trustpilot page and look through for yourself. If you're looking for Shopify specific reviews, use your search function to filter the reviews that are most appropriate for you.

What does Shiptheory do?

Our mission is to streamline shipping for Shopify merchants, saving the time and money and enabling them to focus on growing their business. But not every user will necessarily use Shiptheory in the same way. Everyone's operation is different, so we've made it easy to integrate with us no matter your setup

Integrations with carriers worldwide: We integrate with Royal Mail, FedEx, DPD and dozens more international and local carriers. Whether you're shipping across the globe or around your local town, Shiptheory's solution will easily save you time.

Support from automation experts: We've been in the game for 10 years, and offer unparalleled levels of customer support and industry insight. We offer free onboarding and technical support to you regardless of the size of your business.

Automatic printing: Whether you have one or 100 printers, automatically generate Shopify shipping labels and send them to the correct printer without ever needing to click a button. For even more control, use a barcode scanner or trigger prints manually.

Flexible shipping rules: Our flexible shipping rules engine allows you to customise how your orders are sent based on different criteria, . Control how orders are sent with your carriers based on a number of different criteria including shipping destination, order weight, value, product SKUs and more.

All of your labels in one place: FedEx, Royal Mail, UPS and more, all in one user-friendly dashboard. Manage labels for all of your carriers in one intuitive and user-friendly interface that's connected to your label printers.

Effortless international shipping: With its many and complex regulations, international shipping can quickly become a challenge. Shiptheory provides everything you need to ship your international orders faster, cheaper, and hassle-free.

Get involved!

We're delighted that we've been recognised for the value of our service to eCommerce, and specifically Shopify merchants, and that hopefully we can now enable more and more Shopify users to streamline their shipping to focus on what really matters.

If you like what you see, head on over to the Shiptheory site - or our Shopify App Store listing - to get started. You can book a call to talk to the team from the Shiptheory homepage.
