Another hectic month here at Shiptheory’s headquarters. We have added a new channel integration: OnBuy and introduced many new features and updates to our services.
Also, we worked closely with our partners to ensure full compatibility post-Brexit. Nevertheless, several carriers are still working on updating their operations and technical specifications to support Brexit. As and when we hear from such partners, we will prioritise any work required on our end.

DHL Parcel UK New API
DHL Parcel UK (previously known as UK Mail) has released a new API. The new integration is already available within Shiptheory, and if you ship to the EU, it is imperative to switch over from the current integration to the new one!
You will need to contact your DHL Parcel UK Sales/Account Manager and ask for your account to be enabled for the new DHL Parcel UK Web API as soon as possible.
After you have done that, you need to connect the DHL Parcel UK API to your Shiptheory account and then remove the old integration.
The new integration works in the same way as the current one and includes the recent Brexit-related changes and specifications.

Bluepark: Add Support for Royal Mail Safe Place
If you are creating Royal Mail Tracked, or Royal Mail 24 and 48 shipping labels with Royal Mail from Bluepark, it is now possible to connect the Bluepark Safe Place field to Royal Mail via the advanced settings in your Shiptheory account. For more information, please read here.
DHL.de: Display Order Numbers on Shipping Labels
Now the order reference will be shown under the customer reference field on DHL.de shipping labels.
Get Available Return Services Over API
You can now see what return services are available via API.
Support Shopify Product Variant Titles and Show on Integrated Labels
You are now able to import Shopify product variants and display them on your integrated labels.
