Q: What do I need to get started?
A: You need a Shiptheory account, which is free if you ship less than 100 orders per month. You then need to have an active DHL account; visit www.dhl.com to set up an account for free. It only takes 2 minutes to connect your DHL and Shiptheory accounts. This guide will get you up-and-running booking shipments in no time!

Q: What ecommerce integrations can I connect DHL with?
A: You can connect your DHL account with the ecommerce packages above. These include Brightpearl, Seller Dynamics, Unleashed, Magento, Squarespace, Shopify, and more.

Q: Does DHL offer a Paperless Trade option?
A: Yes. The paperless trade option enables the automatic submission of Customs Declarations (CN22 & CN23) to DHL electronically. PLT needs to be enabled on your DHL account first, so please contact your account manager before enabling this option. Paperless Clearance is the same feature as Paperless Trade; they have different names because Paperless Clearance is used by the US DHL website, and Paperless Trade by the UK DHL website.
