Current Roles
Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing (£40,000-£70,000 + bonus)
We're looking for somebody with a proven track record as a marketing manager looking for their next career step.
You will be coming into a greenfield environment from a marketing point of view.
We're a highly technical and capable team that has developed great partnerships over the years that have allowed us to grow through recommendation.
We're looking to develop a more structured marketing strategy to increase our growth's velocity.
You will have the following:
- Experience in both small and large organisations throughout your career
- Spent time as a Marketing Associate before moving up to Marketing Manager.
- Ambitious with a true desire to build a marketing machine with a marketing team
- Budget & resource management
- B2B and SaaS experience
- Strong analytical skills
- A great eye for detail
- Exposure to high growth environments
Unfair advantages for you to have:
- Agency experience
- Exposure to e-commerce, ERP or Shipping software

- A great existing network of genuine connections and a history of leveraging that network

Junior, Mid and Senior Developers (£25,000 - £80,000 + bonus)
You will have the following:
- PHP Experience
- Familiar with MVC frameworks
- Exposure to mySQL
Unfair advantages for you to have:
- AWS or Dev Ops Experience
- Experience working on high traffic sites (>10m hits a month)
- Vue experience
- Experience of working with large databases and tables (> 50m records)
Technical Customer Support (£18,000 - £25,000 + bonus)
You will have the following:
- High level of customer service
- Personable, patient, calm, and friendly
- Great problem solving
- Good technical literacy
- Great Telephone Manner
- Good IT Skills (plenty of training offered and opportunities to learn)
Unfair advantages for you to have:
- Experience/Understanding of eCommerce software
- Experience/Understanding of Shipping / Logistics
- Experience/Understanding of account software packages
- Understanding printing systems (Windows and OSX)
