A: You need a Shiptheory account, which is free if you ship less than 100 orders per month. You then need to have an active Aramex account; visit www.aramex.com to set up an account for free. It only takes 2 minutes to connect your Aramex and Shiptheory accounts. This guide will get you up-and-running booking shipments in no time!

Q: Can I send insured shipments with Aramex?
A: In order to be able to send insured shipments with Aramex, you will need to register for the Aramex SHIELD service. More information about this can be found on the Aramex website, here: https://www.aramex.com/shield. Once you have registered for SHIELD, simply select the Insurance enhancement when booking your Aramex shipment in Shiptheory.
