Q: How do I print InPost labels from my webstore?
A: Connect your Shiptheory account to your webstore, such as Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Shopify, etc. Then, set up some shipping rules in your Shiptheory account and carry on shipping orders as you normally would. InPost labels will be created, and the tracking number will be automatically attached to the order and emailed to the customer.
Q: What size packages can I use with InPost lockers?
A: The maximum dimensions currently available at InPost lockers are 38 cm x 38 cm x 64 cm.
Q: Where are the InPost Lockers?
A: Across the UK, in secure locations. You can search for a locker near you on our InPost Locker Map.
Q: How does Shiptheory know which InPost Locker to use?
A: Shiptheory will look for an InPost Locker ID in the address data of the orders we pull down from your sales channel. See our support guide for more information on setting InPost Locker IDs in address.
