3dcart Integration

We are delighted to announce that Shiptheory now integrates fully with 3dcart.

Shiptheory's shipping platform imports your orders from your 3dcart store seamlessly and prints shipping labels automatically while sending the shipment tracking information back to your 3dcart store and customers, moments after an order is complete.

Shiptheory allows the processing of your 3dcart orders from a single platform that offers multiple-user support, advanced reporting features, and an excellent customer support team. Gift messages on Magento 2 and Shopify's integrated shipping labels

With Shiptheory you can print shipping labels and customer invoices on a single sheet of paper. The integrated labels option allows you to build a custom page template that features your shipping label in a design of your choosing.

Now it is possible to download gift messages from your Shopify and Magento 2 stores and add them to your integrated shipping labels template.

Bank holiday shipping with DHL Parcel UK

By default, you won't be able to ship with DHL Parcel UK (ex UK Mail) on a bank holiday. Instead, the collection will be pushed to the next available working day. However, you can get in contact with your DHL Parcel UK account manager and ask them to enable the deferred API on your account.

Once this is enabled, you will be able to ship with DHL Parcel UK on bank holidays with domestic bagit/parcel services.

(International bagit/parcel services are not available on bank holidays).

Reporting: Separate multiple instances of the same courier or channel

Shiptheory's in-depth reporting suite allows you to gain complete insight into your shipping costs, efficiency, and history and quickly identify where your orders are coming from and how these orders are being shipped.

Our new update delivers an additional level of detail in your reports:

Now, our reporting suite automatically generates reports for each individual instance rather than adding them together under the same name when a customer has multiple accounts with a courier or sales channel.

Last but not least, Shiptheory can now be configured to automatically print shipping labels directly to your label printers at a carrier level, channel user level*, shipping rule level, or through the dashboard manually.

The order in which Shiptheory selects what printer to use first is illustrated in the following chart:

* Channel user level printing is not supported by all channels as some channels do not provide data on which user is processing the order.
